I forgot my password or account?›
Your account is your phone number. On the login page tap "Forgot password / account", then use "Reset password" in the Telegram bot to get a new password.
My deposit has not arrived?›
First check the status in History → Funds; orders from the last 30 minutes show there. "Waiting for confirmation": wait a little longer and do not pay again. "Failed": the payment provider did not receive this payment. If your bank did not charge you, just deposit again. If your bank already charged you, do not pay again: keep your bank record, then contact Telegram support with the deposit time and amount.
How much is withdrawn?›
The system withdraws your whole balance; there is a maximum per transaction, and anything above it is split into several payments. Progress is in History → Funds.
Withdrawal failed, or the account name does not match?›
The bank checks the account holder's name. It must match the bank account you filled in, otherwise the withdrawal fails. Please contact support for the exact reason.
I filled in the wrong bank account?›
A bank account can only be set once. After saving it cannot be changed, and support cannot change it either. Money sent to a wrong account cannot be recovered, so check carefully before saving.
Why can I not claim some promos?›
The reason is written on the promo card. Common ones: a bonus is still active; a completed bonus must be withdrawn first; you have already entered a game, so deposit-type promos can no longer be claimed.
What are VIP and rebate?›
Open VIP to see your level and the requirements of every level. Your level goes up automatically with your total valid bets and never goes back down. Level-up bonuses and rebate (paid by your level) are claimed on the Promos page. The exact requirements and rates are on the VIP page.
How do I join the leaderboard contests?›
Tap Leaderboard contests in the lobby to see each contest's boards, dates and prizes. No sign-up: you are ranked automatically by the contest rules, updated every 5 minutes. Prizes are given after the contest ends and a check; claim yours on the Promos page and it goes into your wallet.
A game says Maintenance?›
It means the game cannot be opened right now. The system checks every day and brings it back automatically, so you do not need to do anything. Please play another game for now.
Why do I keep losing, or no Free Game?›
Game results, including when a Free Game triggers, are decided by the game provider's random system. It is fair, and we cannot control or change it. If you lose, take a break and play within your means.
Can I withdraw during bank maintenance?›
The banks have a maintenance window every night (roughly 23:20 to 00:30). If you tap Withdraw then, you will see that the banks are under maintenance and when they are expected back. Your money stays in your account and you can keep playing, then come back to withdraw. You can also tap "Remind me when banks are back" and the bot will tell you on Telegram. The exact time is shown in the message.
